The Joy of Friendship

Two friends grew out of a friendship and common interest.  The friendship began years ago and continues to be a source of great joy.  Vickie White and Amy Langner share many common interests.  They both love music, laughter and people.  They became interested in creating a business together that would serve the community and create a space that would add music, laughter and joy to others.

Two Friends on Winchester Road in Huntsville, Alabama began in 1999.  The community supported this new business, and we've gained a lot of new customers and friends along the way. In 2006 we opened our onine store so that we could let our customers shop from the convenience of their home and still enjoy the quality gifts and service we offer.

Our store seeks to provide unique and creative gifts that enrich the lives of our customers.  The commitment to serve others with joy is our primary purpose.  We are here to scatter joy in the lives of others.

Much has changed over the years.  Two Friends has grown from a staff of two to a staff of 10 - 12.  Although Amy Langner moved and sold her share of Two Friends to Vickie, the two remain the best of friends.

The importance of music, laughter and joy remain a mainstay at Two Friends.  The piano is the symbol of music; laughter is the sound of friendships being made and old friendships being renewed.  Joy is what Two Friends really wants to offer to those who find us.  The joy of being served, of finding a gift, or of giving a gift to someone else.
